Please try the following steps to resolve the issue: Ensure TurboShop is enabled and configured correctly. Reload your browser (Press STRG+R or Command+R). Temporarily disable your AdBlocker for your Webshop.

Why are not all links loaded instantly on my Shopify-Store?

Some content containing links is automatically loaded by Shopify, meaning it becomes visible only after scrolling. Currently, this dynamically loaded content is not taken into account. We are actively working on a solution to address this issue.

TurboShop Onboarding
To get the TurboShop up and running in your Shopify store, follow the steps below.

Thank you for using TurboShop! 🙏

1. Navigate to your shops theme configuration

Sales Channels
Online Store > Themes
Click "Customize"

2. Add TurboShop to the app embeds of your current theme

Navigate to the "App Embeds"
Enable the TurboShop Theme App Extension

3. Set the eagerness level you prefer

The eagerness level of the speculation rules:

Moderate: Prerender on link hover
Conservative: Prerender only on link click.

4. Add excluded paths if required (optional)

List of paths to exclude from speculation rules. One path per line. E.g.

/pages/contact
/cart
etc.

5. Save the theme configuration

Don't forget to save the theme configuration in the very top right of the screen.
